Shipping policy
We are so excited that you chose to shop with us! We will work diligently to get orders out as soon as possible. Orders are generally processed within 2-5 business days from the date your order was placed. Most orders are shipped by USPS and take 1-3 days depending on your location and your local postal delivery. LaNea is not responsible for delays by the postal service due to high volume times such as holidays or COVID 19. Please allow a minimum of 10 days to receive your order once it has shipped.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
It would be very unfortunate if your package was lost or stolen; however, LaNea is not responsible for items lost or stolen once in the care of USPS. The customer assumes all responsibility once a tracking number is issued. If you should experience this, please file a claim with USPS or file a police report if you feel your package has been stolen once delivered.
Preorders
A lot of our items are preorder which means that they must be paid for before we order them. In such instances, please allow at least 10 business days for the item to be received by us. You may receive these items in 1-2 weeks.
